This is the salad at the Spirit of Aloha Dinner show. It includes a mango poppy seed dressing, pineapple slice and pineapple coconut bread.

We went on a family trip to Disneyland this weekend, 8 of us from San Diego, and 5 other from Vegas for 13 people total. After a shutting the park down Saturday night we all met up at the Disneyland Hotel for a Character Brunch at Goofy’s Kitchen.

We had a wonderful buffet breakfast at Goofy’s Kitchen. It’s a character dining experience, so while you are enjoying a delicious buffet. the characters walk round and interact with you, it’s a great way to get up close and personal and really have some one on time.
